Penny Struggled so hard to win her fight for life, but to no-avail, she lost her fight at just 17 weeks old. Penny was as fit and active as any other new born puppy she was so loving, friendly and mischievous as all puppies are and very active, as with all our puppies she was regularly vet checked and everything seemed fine she had the most wonderful home and family ready and waiting for her, even at her last check up she was given a clean bill of health. She went to her new home and went to the vets to have her last injections, she was fit and healthy even then, then she became sick, and was taken to the vets where tests were carried out. She was referred to a specialist who said she had a problem with her liver, he decided to operate on her to find out the cause. It was diagnosed that she had tumors on her liver devastating news to all concerned and so weak by this time was our poor little Penny that she never recovered from the anesthetic. Medication could have prolonged her life a little, but Penny decided that the time was right for her flight into a new world, without further suffering for herself and all the people who loved her so much and miss her so dearly. Rest in Peace Pen Your Footprint is forever imprinted on the hearts of all who had the privilege to know and love you. |
